The absolutely most wonderful experience we have had in a store. Ever! And we are not young pups lol Kay was such a joy to meet and interact with. Her husband is such a nice gentleman too. Kay was very well knowledgeable about the entire sleep experience. She explained everything thoroughly and in details so we could understand. My husband lost his Ray-ban's there 🙃 and we couldn't find it anywhere, but a few days later they found it and Kay promptly shipped them. We also purchased a mattress that we are waiting to get delivered since we live in OH, but Kay took care of everything for us. The most LOVELY lady.
